About Us

We believe strategic clarity shouldn't be a privilege. It should be an accessible, on-demand advantage for every organization. But for too long, a broken, painful process has held that clarity hostage.

At SWOT60, our mission is to fix the broken process and unlock the deep insights hidden within your data.

Rescuing A Brilliant Tool

So, if a SWOT analysis is so valuable, why does the thought of a session often trigger a collective groan?

Over time, our relationship with this vital tool became complicated. The process became a necessary evil—a marathon of endless debates, dominant personalities hijacking the conversation, and days of work trying to decipher messy whiteboards. The process became so painful that it betrayed the purpose. Teams started avoiding this critical exercise, leaving strategic clarity on the table right when they needed it most.

SWOT60 was born from an obsession with fixing this. We wanted to change the way leaders feel about strategic analysis.

The Technology That Amplifies Every Voice

Our solution started with unique technology from our parent company, GoodGames. We use a one-of-a-kind software and facilitation method that allows us to do what no one else can: capture anonymous, concurrent input from your entire team in a single 60-minute session.

This process ensures every voice is heard equally—not just the loudest. It guarantees a richer, more honest set of data.

But we didn't stop at just delivering data.

We built a proprietary AI analysis engine on top of our platform. This engine can read the context of your session, understand the nuance of the conversation, and generate a deep, actionable "Strategic Insights Brief." We don't just give you a spreadsheet; we find the hidden themes, the key tensions, and the strategic starting points.

A Process That Empowers Every Voice

Our mission is to empower you. We handle the facilitation, the data collection, and the heavy analytical lifting. This frees you—the consultant, the coach, the executive—to do what you do best: make the final recommendation and lead the change.

We've designed an experience that removes the friction and amplifies the value. Instead of endless debates, you get structured data. And instead of just messy notes, you get deep, actionable insights.

This is the future of strategic planning.
